About the Recipe

A raw vegan take on a favourite salad dressing.

Ingredients

Dressing


Cup of baby truss tomatoes 

2 sticks of celery (chopped)

1 teaspoon of dried onion

1 dried garlic clove

Meat of a coconut 

1/2 cup of water

1/2 juice of a lemon

1/2 small red chilli (optional)

Preparation

Step 1 Place all ingredients for the dressing into a high speed blender and blend at high speed until smooth.


Step 2 Use in raw wraps and over salads.

Chef's Tips

  • you can sudstitute the fresh lemon juice for fresh lime juice
