A lovely, rich and sweet "chocolate" sauce
Ingredients
Sauce
1/2 a cup of carob
1/4 cup of cashews
6 soaked dates
1/2 - 3/4 cup of water to blend
Preparation
Step 1 Make sauce by putting all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Step 2 Serve and enjoy.
Chef's Tips
For this recipe you will need a high powered blender or bullet.
This recipe is wonderful served with my "Chocolate" fudge brownies.
