Creamy and comforting tomato soup
Ingredients
Soup
2 large good quality salad tomatoes
2 tbs of pumpkin seeds
2 tbs of soaked cashews
2 cloves of garlic
4 dates
2 good quality dehydrated tomatoes
1-1.5 cups of water depending on desired consistency
1/2 tbs of fresh oregano
Preparation
Step 1 Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2 Blend on high speed for 3 1/2 - 4 mins until soup is warmed to 110f
Step 3 Serve and enjoy.

For this recipe you will need a high powered blender
