About the Recipe

This raw vegan bread is a tasty and wonderful addition to any meal



300g of cauliflower florets

300g of peeled, chopped carrot

1/2 cup of ground pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup of whole chia seeds

1/4 cup of ground chia seeds

1 tbs of psyllium husk

12 dates


Step 1 Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend into a dough.

Step 2 Remove all the dough from the blender.

Step 3 Mold dough into desired loaf shape with clean, dry hands.

Step 4 Dehydrate at 110f for 21 hours.

Step 5 Slice loaf as desired and dehydrate slices for a further 3 hours at 110f.

Step 6 Serve and enjoy.

Chef's Tips

  • For this recipe you will need a high powered blender and a tamper

  • This bread is great with my "Cream" of tomato soup
