About the Recipe
A wonderful rich and tasty raw vegan take on a old British favorite.
Ingredients
Dressing
2 chopped red bell peppers
4 average tomatoes
2 small chopped red onions
3 tbs of tamari
2 tbs of raw tahini
1/2 cup of cashews then freshly fround
1 small fresh chilli
4 tsp of dried tumeric
1 thumb of fresh ginger
1 tsp of dried cilantro
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp of cumin
Body of the Coronation ChickenLESS
40 raw baby corns chopped into bite sized circular chunks
3/4 cup of raisins
1 tsp of fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation
Step 1 Make the dressing for the Coronation ChickenLESS buy putting all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Step 2 Transfer the dressing to a mixing bowl and add the chopped baby corns and raisins.
Step 3 Mix all together well with a spoon, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with the parsley.
Step 4 Serve and enjoy.
Chef's Tips
For this recipe you will need a high powered blender.
This recipe is absolutley perfect served in my Pechay ChickenLESS salad wraps and also absolutely delicious served simply with a large salad.
