About the Recipe
This raw vegan creamy cheesy sauce is perfect as a pizza topping, but also great as a cheesy zoodle sauce or dip too.
Ingredients
Sauce
1/2 a cup of soaked cashews
1/2 a cup of soaked pumpkin seeds
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 tbs of ACV
The juice of half a lemon
1/2 tsp of cyane pepper
1/2 a tsp of black pepper
Preparation
Step 1 Make the sauce by putting all the ingredients into a bullet blender and blend until creamy.
Step 2 Serve and enjoy.

This recipe is perfect used in my Veggie "cheese" pizza recipe.
