About the Recipe

A deliciously creamy and satisfying zoodle recipe, fit for any plate

Ingredients

"Salmon"


My Papaya "salmon"


Sauce


1 cup of the marinade from my Papaya "salmon" recipe

1 cup of soaked cashews

8 dehydrated tomatoes

1 red bell pepper

1 tbs of fresh cilantro

1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley


Zoodles


4 - 6 peeled zucchinis spiralized

Preparation

Step 1 Put all the ingredients except the Papaya "salmon" the fresh parsley and the zoodles, into a blender and blend until smooth.


Step 2 Add the mixture to the zoodles and mix together thoroughly with clean hands.


Step 3 Add the Papaya "salmon" pieces and the fresh chopped parsley to the zoodles and mix in gently by hand.


Step 4 Transfer to serving bowls and enjoy.


Chef's Tips

  • This zoodle recipe can be served with a large hydrating green salad.
