About the Recipe

This raw vegan bread is a very big favorite in my house hold, its delicious and also nut free.

Ingredients

Bread


1 cup of flax seed then freshly ground

3/4 cup of pumpkin seeds then freshly ground

1/2 cup of shredded dried raw coconut flesh

2 cups of grated carrot

1.5 cups of fresh chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup of water

2 tbs of tamari

1/2 tsp of dried rosemary

1/4 tsp of onion powder

1/2 tsp of dried fennel

1/4 spoon of smoked paprika

Preparation

Step 1 Make the bread dough by putting all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined but textured.


Step 2 Smooth the dough evenly about 2cm thick onto dehydrator sheets, dehydrate at 110f for 18 hours. Turn after 12 hours, and return to the dehydrator for the remaining dehydration time.


Step 3 Serve and enjoy.

  • For this recipe you will need a food processor.

  • For this recipe you will need a dehydrator.

  • I love to serve this bread as a sandwich containing my "pepperoni" from my "Pepperoni" pizza recipe and my "Creamy" corn salad.
