About the Recipe

This tarter sauce recipe is tasty and perfect for dipping raw vegan fish sticks.


Tarter sauce

1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds then freshly ground

The juice of half a lemon

1 clove of garlic

1 tsp of dried dill

3/4 cup of water

1/2 tsp of mustard seed

1/4 tsp of black pepper


Step 1 Make sauce by putting all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2 Put tarter sauce into a dipping bowl, serve and enjoy.

Chef's Tips

  • For this recipe you will need a high powered blender.

  • This recipe is perfect for dipping my "Fish" sticks.
