We are nature and to feel our living best we need to fill our lives with lifeNothing is more healing & life giving than connecting the mind, body and soul to source.
Whether it is the ocean, trees, bush, forests, sunlight, flowers and all the abundance mother earth offers us. Nothing makes us feel better than being close to natural life and the elements of the earth.
Exercise & movement
Move, move and move...... as this is what the human body is made for. We are not meant to sit and watch others lives on screens, we are meant to create and live our own lives.
Exercise and movement will make you feel good, moves oxygenated air to your lung, gets that heart pumping and moving that oxygenated air to vital organs, exercise shifts stagnated energy from cells, it gives the mind a focus and it maintains a strength within ones body. Dis I mention you get all these benefits while having fun?
Natural healing modalities
The amount of incredible healing modalities that I have discovered from a raw lifestyle is incredible. The way the human body reacts to nature when your on a raw foods diet is very different to my pre- raw body.
With the lightness of a raw lifestyle your body will become very sensitive to the healing properties of plants.
Relationships
A huge part of being human means we bond, learn, love, share and evolve through the relationships we share with others.
This does not mean you need lots of these bonds , yet the ones you have will lift, strengthen and move your soul to new heights when you let in more of those you love.
Support Systems
These are those bonds from family, neighbours, friends, work and society. These structured systems are a fabric of that holds up, teaches us, guides us and are there if we ever need help.
Life is about self respect and love, if you look at all these systems around you through with this respect and love you will grow, and thrive when living the life you choose.
Stretching
The body like the mind needs elasticity and strengthening. To have free and flowing movements with your body it is important to stretch each day.
The difference you will feel in your life by simply adding morning stretches to your routine is incredible to it.
Self care
These are the practices of self worship that will remind, tell and signal to your body daily that you love you.
By engaging in the care of your body, mind and soul you tell every cell of yours how much it is loved and cared for. Doing self care will heal and teach you a deeper self love.
Socialising
Find how you love to spend your time with others, include others and enjoy all you love with those you love.
Human connection is a feeling like no other. To experience all you love with those you love creates feelings, emotions and memories which are a huge part of our soul. Fill your soul with those you love doing all you love as this is socialising.
Rest
Never under estimate the value of rest. To rejuvenate, recover, heal and reflect. Our body mind and soul needs quiet time.
