This taco salad is great enjoyed alone or shared with family and friends.
Ingredients
Taco salad
20 separated lettuce leaves
20 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 chopped cucumbers
2 shredded carrots
2 chopped bell peppers
2 chopped avocados
Preparation
Step 1 Lay the lettuce leaves on to the taco.
Step 2 Arrange the cherry tomatoes and the chopped bell peppers on top of the lettuce.
Step 3 Add the shredded carrot and chopped avocado on top.
Step 4 Top with Red pepper mayo.
Step 5 Fold the corn taco, place on a serving dish.
Step 6 Serve and enjoy.
Chef's Tips
This recipe can also be enjoyed with any of your favorite raw vegan fillings.
