Satisfying, sweet and savoury jack fruit taco filling, for large lettuce leaves.

Taco

40 washed lettuce leaves

Fillings

2 large tomatoes

1 carrot

1 red pepper

1 small cucumber

2 cups of Coleslaw

Step 1 Put BBQ jackfruit on half of a lettuce leaf.

Step 2 Add coleslaw and salad.

Step 3 Fold lettuce leaf in half.

Step 4 Enjoy and repeat!
