About the Recipe
Simple and delicious raw crackers that are filled with nutrients.
Ingredients
Crackers
3 cups of sprouted red mung beans
1/4 cup of pre soaked chia seeds
2 cloves of garlic
1 red onion
1/4 tsp of dried basil
1/2 tsp of dried origano
1/2 tsp od dried fennel
1 tsp of cayanne pepper
1 cup of water
3/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Step 1 Make the crackers by putting all the ingredients except for the pumpkin seeds into a high speed blender, and blend until smooth.
Step 2 Remove the mixture from blender, put into a mixing bowl, add the whole pumpkin seeds and stir well.
Step 3 Spread the mixture evenly about 3/4 od a cm thick, onto a dehydrator sheet and into the dehydrator for 22 hours on 110f.
Step 4 After 2 hours score the mixture gentley with a spatular into 12 crackers.
Step 5 After another 9 hours dehydrating turn the crakers peeling off the dehydrator sheet carefully and place back in to dehydrate for the remaining 11 hours.
Step 6 When dehydrating is compleate prack crakers down the scored lines.
Step 7 Serve and enjoy.

These crackers are great served with my "Cream cheese" or Garlic Mayo and your favorite raw veggies.
